At Culture Lingerie, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety, all lingerie sales are final. Please ensure you carefully check product details and sizing before placing your order.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Part of your order is missing upon delivery.

  • An item arrives damaged or defective.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your support email], including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of any damage or packaging discrepancies

Once we review and approve your claim, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
